Another similar case is Bayonetta by platinum, It was made by them but commission by sega, that's why it's currently Sega's responsibility whatever happens to it. I am not betting the netcode will be good at launch, but I have faith that if it sucks day 1 Arc will almost certainly patch it later. Arc System Works is listed as developer and their newer games use rollback, they have backported rollback to some of their older games too.
